    @rreynald both are actually good programs, they both provide enough muscle stimulation during workout and promote hypertrophy in their own ways. as to the question w/ is better, effects will vary from person to person. some people respond better sa fullbody workouts some respond better to split workouts. so if you are looking for a good program for a beginner i would suggest you pick something that focuses more on the basic compound lifts (be it a full body or split kind) to build strength foundations bago ka mag shift sa mas complicated na program.
  • question po... kung full body routine, paano po ang set nya? increasing in weight? decreasing in weight? straight weight?

    and ok din ba ang full body routine for cutting cycle?
