than you sir donbuh! As of now my current goal is to gain more muscle (shoulder) and lose fats (lower abs). Problem is I only have 2 days workout a week (during restdays).. ang hirap kse pag sa bpo laging puyat.

ken you can't do it at the same time..concentrate on your main goal then proper nutrition, rest and exercise sched..
