    Ang basic para sakin at ganito...

    Monday: Squat/Bench/Deadlift
    Wednesday: Squat/Row/OHP
    Friday: Bench/Deadlift/OHP

    3x a week yung nilagay mo,may 4 araw kang pahinga,pwera nalang kung wasted yung 4 na araw mong recovery

    Namaga yubg shoulder ko then the doctor said stop ohp,only side reverse and front raise
  • suggestion din ng doctor yung side and front raise? lol
