Cut or bulk?

Hi po sa mga fitness guru dito. Badly need your help.

Nagtetrain po ako for almost 5 months na. 2 months na tinuro nung instructor at almost 3 months sa 5x5.

I used to weigh only 132 lbs and now 154 lbs na ako. I was skinny fat when I started.

BP - 120lbs
SQ - 170lbs
DL - 180 lbs
OHP - 80 lbs
Rows - 90 lbs

Sana po may sumagot.

PS

  • Pic IMO is a better judgement.

Sa akin lang, and because I'm coming from an aesthetic background.... you should cut down to 10%, bulking up at 18-20%, you gain more fats than muscles. Not only that, your metabolism slows down, and you won't look like aesthetically pleasing. If you just care about lifting heavy weight, based on posting your own lifting stats, then tbt as a different story.

Pag masakit tuhod mo, may mali sa form mo. Either you have a wrong muscle activation or you need to rehabilitate it with other workout.
