guys me naka try na ba sa inyo ng body fat analysis ng mercury? accurate ba un kasi natry ko sya kagabi. 8.5% lng ung s kin?? ansaya ko na pag nagkataon hahahaha..by the way ung stats ko pala na measurable sa akin:

ht: 5'7"
wt: 162lbs
age: 28

matagal na ako sa forum pero nakikibasa basa lng muna ko hehehe.

    @last which one are you referring??yung machine na may Php. 5 charge??are you sure 8.5% lang bf% mo dun sa record??

    yup, kaya am askin kasi almost real naman yung result nya i've tried the manual computation and the omron bf analyzer almost the same lang results yung decimal places lang yung may slight difference..

    @last can you provide the readings here as follows:

    Weight
    Height
    Bld Prs: MS- MD-

    then the BODY FAT ESTIMATION:
    Fat Index:
    Fat Mass:
    Free Fat Mass:

    i suggest also to keep the ticket. log it and monitor it..

    opo ung mga 5 peso na nilalagay..

    8.5% kasi ung lumabas eh kaya nagtataka ako.. kasi based on experience nasa 11% cguro me.. il try to post a recent pic of me wala kasi ako matinong camera..

    medyo nakakapagtaka lng kasi alam ko kung gano katuyo ung below 10% kaya ask ako kung accurate ung machine..
