Welcome to my journey. Sa mga taong makakakita ng mga unang posts, pinaaalahanan kayo na ihanda ang supot baka kayo magsuká. Pag-iingat lang. Also, pagbigyan n'yo na ako, bago lang kasi rito, e.

Nakaanim na linggo na akong nagpapagaan at nagpapalaki ng masel sa katawan. Mukha lang hindi halata (kasi talagang mataba ako, 'yung tipong masarap guhitan ng :disappointed: sa tiyan [See Photo]).

Height: 5' 3.5"
Current weight (as of post time): 173.5 lb.
Body-fat ratio: (hindi pa alam)

    nice sir,
    ok yan, diyan ka mag simula, maging motivation mo sa pagbubuhat yan before photo mo. bata ka pa naman e, tsaka hindi ka ganon ka obese, meron akong kasabay sa gym mas malaki pa sayo. as in obese talaga, pero ngayon pumapayat na. hehe. tuloy tuloy lang siya sa gym. wag ka mag sasawa. at disiplina lang.
    sayang nga e, wala akong before pics, yung mataba talaga ako. baka nga mas mataba ako sayo nun..

    nothing is overnight, may i ask how long did you let yourself go? gaano ba katagal mo pinabayaan ang iyong sarili, if it was 5 or 10 years, dont expect it to be ok in 6 months, if that was the case and it was easy, everybody would look good, just think that youve passed the hardest part that is "to start"... pinaka mahirap mag simula...once youve gotten thru that hump, stay consistent and every thing will be easy.......nice tits btw..::)

    don't lose hope papi

    Eto ako dati

    below pic- eto ako bago nag papayat, exercise ko pabebe jogging lol for 1hr (5min run 5min walk interval) everyday after office

    Actually ang motivation ko dito mga army, navy, marines kasi gusting gusto ko dati mag afp kaso di na pwede dahil sa age lol haha. Kasi dahil din siguro sa disiplinado sila sa katawan kaya lean na lean sila kaya tinitrain ko mind ko na tumakbo araw araw para maging kasing katawan nila.

    Anyway June 2015-2016 ( I started cutting rice) gulay at prutas pagkain ko at green tea ginagawa kong tubig.

    i started lifting nung March yata last year. below pic

    Mag 1 year na pala ako sa march, eto kuha ko kahapon, medyo pumped lol

    kaya NEVER give up! samahan mo lang ng malinis na DIET, may sinabi si sir troll eh nakalimutan ko nanaman, basta sabi nya everything starts in the kitchen mga ganun hahaha. Sorry na highjack ko na journal mo. GOOD LUCK paps!!

    3 things to remove sa diet

    1.sugars(soda,bread,mostly everything sa aisle of the supermarket has high fructose corn syrup) even ketsup has HFCS
    2.vegatable oils
    3. processed foods(except natural peanut butter)

    rule of thumb is eat "only one ingredient foods"...when you see meat, you know it came from a pig, cow or a chicken, if vegtables, it came from a plant...if sausage..you dont know what comes with it.....at if you check the food labe and you cannot pronounce it, dont eat it

    ok lang as long as you know whats the sauce,....my issue is the banana ketsup....my favorite dip is mustard( unli) with mang tomas pero(2 spoons only)...try it

    yes pag chicken breast kasi kailangan talaga ng reinforcements ng sauce haha, pag na ubos na kasi ang gravy, I turn to ketchup ufc o del monte. And yes about sa sauce suka lang hingi ko sa kapit bahay, sila kasi nag bbq at ma selan yun sa pag luto kaya sobrang linis, adobo muna lahat ng mga isaw at bbq bago I grill. Totally hijacked na tong journal ni sir @Dagitab sorry hehehe

  • ayus talaga yung mga tips mo sir @TRoll_W_a_Heart... nung nagsisimula ka magbuild ng muscle mass how's your macro ratio? Mas marami ba yung protein, then carbs and onting fat?

    start with the protein first, then pick where your energy source, fats or carbs....both are deadly.

    An easy answer would be "since birth". Pabaya ako sa kusina, so to say, mula pagkabata. Medyo pumayat ako nuong high school kasi nahilig ako sa pagsayaw, at nanatiling payat through college per dahil sa stress. Mga 2012, unti-unti na akong bumigat, lalo na nuong matapos akong mag-resign sa unang trabaho at naging tambay for months.

    Natumbok mo. Actually, isa sa mga naging trigger ang mga recent na pagkaka-ospital ng tatay at mga tito ko. Salamat sa motivation!

    E? Kahit wheat bread?

    Qualify natural. Kaya nga din ako nasa kabilang thread about peanut butter e, mahilig kasi ako ruon. Ang binibili namin ay 'yung (I think) home meade peanut butter, definitely not mass-produced by a bug company.

    wow! nasa journal mo ba to sir mga before pics? hehehe.. idol.. pwede ka na sa before and after pics sa gym. hahaha. sa gym kasi namain may ganun, yung mga malaki pinayat may before and after pics naka lagay sa tarp ng gym. hehehe. kaya sir @Dagitab tuloy mo lang, parang mas malaki nga sayo dati si sir @t4g4y pero ngayon macho papi na. hahaha

    omg! kakabili ko lang ng wheat loaf nung isang araw hahaha, ung sa pan de manila yung sugar free na wheat loaf. Ginagawa ko kasi desert with peanut butter eh kaya napabili ako. patay tayo dyan haha

    Hmmm... ginawa ko pa namang substitute sa kanin ang wheat bread (nakahiligan nang mag-sandwich sa almusal).

  • I run on a very tight budget kaya baka hindi ko afford ang brown rice. I'll see what I could do.
