    yes, sayang god's perfect food.....if you have time reseach bout paleo, its meat, vegtables, nuts and seeds, no sugar, starch like rice and pasta and no bread..

    working out is just 10-15% of the equation, yung 85% is nutrition and rest, like what i said, meat, vegs, nuts and seeds, no starch, no rice, pasta and bread...and no sugar. including sauces like ketcup, mang tomas etc...
