My First Post... Man Boobs? Please share your opinion.

Mga Tol, need your opinion kung sa tingin ninyo ay Gynocomastia ba ito? Ever since highschool ayaw ko nang maghubad ng t-shirt kasi palaging napapansin ng barkada ko na malaki yong dibdib ko na parang babae. Now that I'm on my middle 30's, I decided to change to a healthy lifestyle and doing some exercise and jogging. Ito na yong katawan ko ngayon from 180lbs down to 145lbs. Basing from the Photos, do you think it is Gynecomastia or just chest fat? Please let me know mga tol. I'm planning to enroll sa gym para naman mawala natong dinadala ko.

    Galing nga ng chest mo eh parang may cut na, kaunting tweak nalang dyan spartan chest na hehe. I suggest mag gym ka muna paps. Start ka push up sigurado yan target chest mo. Then sa chest day mo samahan mo ng decline BB bench press. Tapos kung may dip bars sa gym nyo gawin mo din. Good luck :)

    Thanks. Hindi naman ako mahilig kumain ng soy. I'll definitely try your suggestion by lowering more my body fat. For a start, bumili ako ng pair of dumbbells para ma try ko yung mga tutorials sa youtube.

    hehehe sana nga kaunting tweak nalang. Thanks, I'll definitely try your suggestions. Ang sa aking man lang kahit lumi-it ng kaunti or ma shred young fats sa dibdib ko.

  • Thank you so much! These are very informative specially the "skinny fat" and the "you cannot spot reduce fat" concept. This will definitely help a lot!

    That is why I lost so much weight without losing much fat because I keep doing cardio(jogging) almost 4 times a week without lifting weights. Kaya pala sinasabi ng mga kaibigan ko ang payat kuna raw at kung may sakit ba daw ako.hehehe.
