Goal: Fat/ Weight Loss, Gain Lean Muscles

Doing a 6 days a week exercise program below are the details:

Monday- Lean Mass Work out

Wednesday- Lean Mass Work Out

-Push Down
-Reverse Cable Curl

TThS- Iron Clad Cardio
2 Rounds 1 Min Each with 1 Min Rest in Betweens
-Clean and Jerk
-Plank
-Push Up
-Tire High Knees
-1 Arm Kettle Bell Swing
-Weight Plate Wood Chop
-TRX Reverse Rows
-Walking Lunges

Hingi lang po sana ako ng advice and reactions on the work out above. Mejo nababagalan kasi ako sa development, especially sa torso area.

Im also taking CLA Supplements and is on my 9th day
