as of now i weigh around 240lbs. i stand at 6'1. i go to the gym with the basic program. around 4-5 days a week and liga ng basketball 3x a week. started diet around a month na. patulong naman po sa program. ano ba dpat? and what supplements should i take? thanks in advance

I would suggest start doing circuit training.... THE BEST!!!!!
70% diet 30% exercise, yan ang key dyan sir for a start. And welcome to PBB :-)
