Musclepharm combat protein powder price drop

Hi guys, I went to the supplement store last Sunday to buy an alternative (cheaper) protein powder to what Im currrently taking (ON gold standard). I was about to buy Mutant Whey kasi nasa 3950php@10lbs lng sya, until I saw yung Musclepharm combat protein powder (not the 100% whey one). Nagulat ako it just costs 4100php for the 10lbs bag kasi I thought mahal sya dati, tas sabi pa nung nagbebenta dati daw syang 5200. Kaya ito binili ko. May nakakaalam po ba jan ng reason bat nagprice drop yung MP combat? Also sa mga nakatry na po jan, matamis po ba talaga sya? At may after taste na sour na ewan though masarap naman sya ( bought the choco milk flavor). I'm thinking baka fake kaya mura hehe. Just want to make sure. Thank you.

san ka ba bumili sir? kapag legit naman yung seller hindi naman siguro fake yan.. tsaka bumaba talaga presyo niyan, sa legit seller na alam ko ganyan din ang price drop ng musclepharm 10lbs. tignan mo rin yung expiration date baka months na lang. hehehe
Sa wheydepo sir. Market market branch. Sa fb page nila okay naman mga reviews so I think legit naman sila. So talagang bagsak presyo yung MP... Ano kaya reason sir? Curios lng ako hehehe.
Check baka binabargain na nila ang product dahil malapit na expiration. Common na din bagsakan ng presyo kahit sa CnC
January 2019 pa sir yung expiration date nya e. Sana nga lahat ng supps bagsak presyo haha. Sakit sa bulsa e.
Baka iphase out na yung combat kaya pinapaubos na. Pwede din maglalabas ng new version kaya paubos muna ung original version. Parang ganyan din yung MP Amino1 an Assault binagsak presyo nila bago ilabas yung bagong version.
Supply and demand, maybe they overstocked, if they see its not selling they give at cost just to get their money back so they could buy new stocks that flies off the shelf, medyo On is still king when it comes to sales...
Nagkaroon kasi sila ng big lawsuit just last year for alleged amino spiking sa arnold iron mass series nila. So affected ang sales sa lahat ng products ng musclepharm including Combat powder. They lowered the price to increase the sales again. Anyway, legit yan s wheydepot ganyan n tlga prices ng combat powder nsa 4.1k-4.3k 10lbs. Matamis tlga sya kaya gamit ko dyan 12oz para sakto. Pag 8oz super tamis. I tried choco and vanilla. For choco ala nman after taste sken. Cguro ung nakain or nainom mo before ka uminom ng combat ngkahalo kya may after taste
Alkeizer has a point, MP is involved in amino spiking and a lawsuit with their arnold iron mass, this is also partly the reason why Arnold S. parted ways with the company. MP is known for sponsoring sports athletes (UFC in particular), however, the company's sales are declining over the last few years and people don't seem to be interested with their marketing gimmicks compared to other brands, and now that they're facing a lawsuit with amino spiking, some people seem to have lost their trust on the company.
