ba't walang resulta? almost 4 months this 29th august

nag start ako april 29
ngaun august 20 na
bat wala pa din resulta?lols
or do i need to wait more or stop den evaluate new approach?

i admit first 2 months walang klaro diet ko pero i know i its at least on maintenance level
den transferrred to a real gym (with leg press and other leg equipment) just a month ago

    i only sleep 5 to 6 hrs a night even stop in between to pee hahay buhay

  • stronglifts sa first 2 months den pag 3rd month brosplit..den ngaun all pro...haha iba2 ...pero ngaun all pro na talga ako im at bulking at 200 to 300 surplus.......oo beastmode lagi..ung to d point na ang pawis tumaktagaktak kng mag upo ka...........may diference ba? o wala?hahaha do i need to wait more

    Why did you stop stronglifts? How much were you lifting there?

    The way you look you dont need to be on a surplus...
  • I stop ss kasi mas aesthetic goal ko himdi strength bka ito rason lipat2 programs? Ngaun d na ako mag babasa2 nang ano2 gawin ko lang ano program sa gym ko un lang at kain nang sakto too much info causing me stress haha

  • Ung basic. Chest bi. Den shouldrr lega. Den back tri. Too much info will lead to niwhere i think haha

    Oo naman bro pero mas ok kasi kung at least 8hrs of sleep ka mas mahaba ang tulog mas mabilis recovery mo nun...habang tulog kasi tayo dun ka naggagain ng muscle at loose weight/fats.

    to be honest wala ako proper diet that time first 6 months ko sa GYM kung ano ang pagkain sa bahay un lang kinakain ko pero mali un kasi newbie lang ako. mahirap mag diet pero kung uugaliin mo masasanay ka din.

    No need to eat less you need is eat right. effort, patience, focus, consistent ang kailangan bro.

  • paps, you started last april only, it not like taking a pill after. that everything will change, its a journey, its like money, if you get rich too fast youll end up killing yourself

  • right now ill be doing all pro foR at least 3 months and ill nbe tracking evryhting in a notebook. Ill try to sleep more. Ill get back in 3 months. My current bench max 8 reps full rom is 90kg. Squat is 70kg. Bor is 70kg. Military standing is 50kg, biceps curl is 40kg. Calf raises is 90kg. Amd ill be cutting at 1900 cals per day with at least enuf lean muscle protein. Maybe 160. Carbs 2 cups rice and the rest are fruits like apple and banana. Den healthy fats whole eggs coco oil and olive oil. Il be seriiuos coz this is getting ridiculous thanksss

    All pRo is full body 3 x a week . Heavy monday medium wensday light friday.
    Exercises are f squat, benchpress, bor, overheadpress,romanan deadlift, biceps curl and calfraises...il be back im 3 monthss hopefully much leaner.....

    Natigil ako ng 2 years. Pero now nakabalik nko mga mag1 year na dn. Gusto ko na maging active ulit dito wahahaha..
