I was able to read few good reviews about Instant Knockout fat burner and claims that it is being used by UFC fighters.

    Meron yan sa wisechoice check sa fb pero maka lose ka nang fat kahit wala nyan just caloric deficit. If you want to lose fat and maintain muscle thatyou have caloric defict with good macro ratio protein/fat/carb

    thanks po sa info.
    actually ginagawa ko ngyon low carb high protein diet po. I take more cards pag mas maraming activities na gagawain or pag pre work out.
