Hi Guys,
Ask ko lang po kung ano po yun best workout routine for mass gaining? how many sets & reps are ideal?

For starters, Stick to 12-16sets for body large parts, 9-12 sets for smaller ones, 8-12reps till failure, cram all that sets into a hour or less, adjust your sets and reps over time, different strokes for different folks, the truth is what and how much you eat is more important.
