I am starting workout when I was college 3 yrs ago. in first place so much discouragement and narinig ko. DI na daw ako tataba, yates na talaga katawan ko, at wala ng pag asang tumaba. Malakas nmn ako kumain. actually Lamon ang ginagawa ko kaya ang result is laki ng tiyan ko... Then I decided to focus what I am in future. then Im asked somebody here(old pinoybodybuilding) then they set diet list for me then the result is from 2014-2016
kaya yong mga newbee tuloy lang lalo na ung gaining wight program GO GO lng

Youre still young, imagine when youre in your 40s, some motivation will help big time, bka training partner kailangan mo paps.
^^Ayain mo mga ka PBB na malapit senyo at mag organize ng group workout! hehehehe
kung nasa manila lang ako, ako ang mag o organize ng group workout. hahahaha
pano ba magandang paraan para mapabilis lumiit ang tyan. tyan ko problema ko, di matanggal ang visceral fats hehe
Eat clean and stay away from junk food and avoid eating too much sugar
