Newbie po,balak ko pong mag start mag gym ngayun.pa help po about sa basic routine, nutrition at about po sa body building or leaning.lahat po ng basic.thanks po!

    There is a wealth of information online, stick with compound movements and gradually increase the weight, dont be afraid to ask people at your gym for help, my suggestion to newbies are dont disregard nutrition and rest, they are more important than going to the gym..this is where growth happens, not when you are working out, btw what are you trying to do lose fat or gain size?

    Thanks po sa reply! gusto ko po sanang mag gain ng weight, kaso nalilito ako.
    Skinny fat body type po ako.ano po bang unang dapat gawin mag loss muna ng body fats
    or hayaan lang at mag buhat lang muna?

    May nakita po akong body test online para malaman kung anong body type ako, di ko lang sure kung accurate,result po e mesomorph. gusto ko po mag gain ng muscle pero di naman bulky.

    Like what youve said, youre skinny fat, from your description you are an ectomorph that has a spare tire belly, btw there is to such thing as a true mesomorph, its always a combination of any two. About being bulky, coming from an ectomorph your genetic blueprint limits you from being bulky, if someone tells you otherwise, its becoz of steroids.

    ahh,sir ask narin po,papano po pala ang gagawin ko?sasabayan ko po ba ng diet at jogging sa umaga,to loss fats.or mag focus lang muna ako mag buhat at mag gain?nalilito po kasi ako.

    Like all endeavors, pinakamahirap ang simula, just go to the gym and enjoy, dont worry bout the cardio and diet muna, dont overcomplicate things, just start, asses yourself after a month or two, enjoy this time at most of your gains is when you start upto 6months, we call it newbie gains

    Tama si sir Troll..I remember when i fisrt hit the gym, sinisunod ko lang yung mga chart for every body part nag humingi ng assistance from the gym trainers. If may trainer yung gym nyo, dun ka muna mag seek ng advise. Tropahin mo na lang tas hingi ka ng basic program para sa level mo.
