fave exercise: squats!
least fave exercise: deadlift (I can't seem to get it right :P)
fave body part: quads and hammies
least fave: chest, kahit anong gawin ko, hindi lumalaki. ugh
you can usually see at Golds lifting weight, around BHS running, or at coffee shops reading.

@zane, while mahalaga ang lung power, at cardio power, mahalaga din strong legs sa pagtakbo. sa mga runs, sila ang pinaka bugbog sa lahat.
