The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has monitored the internet (e.g. http://www.promatrixseven.com/) regarding the sale of an unregistered food supplement, ProMatrix 7 Multiple Source with variants Triple Chocolate and Strawberry Ice Cream. This is a clear violation of Section 10(a) of the Republic Act No. 9711, otherwise known as the Food and Drug Administration Act of 2009.
The public is informed that unregistered health products are not evaluated by the FDA and such products may cause harm to the consumer’s health. The public is advised not to purchase nor patronize any unregistered health products found online and in the market.
All establishments and outlets are hereby warned against selling any unregistered health products and anyone found selling shall be sanctioned according to Republic Act No. 9711 and other pertinent laws.
Furthermore, the public is highly encouraged to visit www.fda.gov.ph to verify health products purchased in the market by using the search bar located at the upper right hand corner of the website. If the search produces no result, then the product might not be registered with FDA.

We apologize for this simple misunderstanding. It just happened FDA have not yet updated their website and our record since we filed for amendment. But, we already fixed this issue and complying with minor requirements (changes on packaging design).
PROMATRIX 7 is FDA approved. Check link below to confirm FDA website.
