[Question][Weight Gain] Eat until Gain some weight before working or Eat and Workout

Hi good day po. Gusto ko lang po sana itanong kung ano pong mas effective na pagbi-build ng muscle / magkalaman.
Is it gain weight first before going to the gym or mas ok kung pagsasabayin? Sorry if this seems a dumb question. Newbie lang po Thanks alot!

Anyways, last night I was searching for a suggested meal plan. And I found out that I'm actually near to being overweight. Hahaha that was ridiculously funny! I was not expecting that. I mean, with the built that I have right now? My height is 175 cm and weight is 68 kgs and bmi is 22. Our company nurse computed for my bmi and got a 22 versus the ceiling for the normal bmi which is 22.9. Hahaha. So much for the story, maybe I'll go to the gym and take WHEY protein shakes and minimize my carbs intake a little bit. What do you think sir? Thanks a lot again brader! ??

Bale, di ko lang sure kung skinnyfat din ako kasi di ko alam ano definition nun hehehe. Medyo malaki kasi yung stomach ko ang medyo payat yung braso. Di ko talaga gusto shape ko ngayon, kaya I'm taking this body building so seriously. Yeah, regarding the eating, I ate so muh everytime na may chance ( hahaha and i think that's the reason bakit medyo lumalaki tyan ko) pero never kong nakita na tumaba yung braso ko. I did once saw some improvements, just a little, nung naisip kong mag push up every morning and magbuhat ng barbel (yung gawa lang sa semento). And yes yan po plan ko, eat and eat and eat then workout plus whey proteins. Pero malabo kasi yung kain ng madami since I go to the office around 3-4pm and going home around 2 or 3 am. Syempre antok na hindi na makakakain. But I guess, kapag nag gym na ako mas lalakas ako kakain hehehe. Thank you so much sir for replying!
