Hi, I'm new here. I'm trying to lose weight. I had been 220lbs before, now I'm down to 175lbs. My routine is 30-45 strider (cardio) at home every other day and weights on non-cardio days for 30-45mins.

I have a question, has anyone here used oxyelite pro for upslabs the maker of Jack3d?

another, since I am 5'5" and my ideal weight is around 150lbs, should i have to lose weight before starting bulking?

would white floods or jack3d help me lose weight or for bulking sya?

No idea about oxyelite but i read the reviews and it seems very promising. Tried lipo6x before, i can say that it'll still boil down on your diet regardless of any fatburner that you take but taking one wont hurt either as it helps you achieve that "placebo effect".

Well, it's better if you're on one cycle at a time either it's bulking or cutting so cut ka muna.

Haven't tried Jack3d, but i LOVE white flood clean energy and no crashes
