  • Have you seen pro boxers go to sauna or do cardio to meet the weigh in before a fight? They do that to sweat to loose weight.

As for a normal guy going to a gym, di naman bawal uminom. Haven't you experienced or seen anyone wanting to drink water after a physical activity? They do that to replace the water lost from sweating.

The only people who need to keep their body's water retention low are pro bodybuilders in a competition. Because it hides the muscle definition that they need to show off. This is also why they deload creatine when a competition is coming up, because the creatine increases water retention on the muscles.

You need to think more about your diet if you're trying to gain weight.

Nakakapayat kapag sobra pawis at pag wo workout more than an hour.
  • The reason workouts are limited to an hour or less is because the body releases the hormone cortisol after 45 mins. of intense activity.  Cortisol breaks down muscle to turn it into energy because the body thinks it needs more energy for survival.

i beg to disagree, thats why we take BCAA to decreased the level of Cortisol, keep your Testo higher and reduce the catabolic state cause by intense training.
In my own opinion, you should not limit yourself to 45 minutes of exercise unless your dead tired or dont have time.

That's why I make a protein and carbohydrate drink of 1 scoop hydrolyzed whey, about 50g maltodextrin and dextrose, and 5g BCAA. I take it before, during, and after a workout. If you look at the link, it's better than just taking BCAA. I don't think everyone can afford that though, so I explained cortisol.

Not sure, but don't think so, I think that's mostly fat.  If you drink water excessively, you just pee it out anyway.

That's why full body workouts consisting of compound exercises are recommended for ectomorphs.  Here's info on Starting Strength if you want an example, Guide to Novice Barbell Training, aka the Official RIPPETOE-STARTING STRENGTH FAQ

Normally, the reason why one sweat is because it the body mechanism to regulate the body temperature. The amount of sweat one produce vary due to different factors: from person to person—the amount of sweat glands has, difference between the outside/room and body temperature. It's not a good basis for someone to measure the fat loss.
