Bagong bago lang po ako.

Hello mga paps. I just want ask for some tips dahil first day ko na sa gym sa lunes. Wala pakong workout program neither meal plan. Ive been trying to search online kaso napakarami at di ko alam kung anung uunahin ko dahil wala akong idea kung ano yung mas effective.

Btw, 23yrs old po ako, 5'6"(Oo maliit lang ako) and I think nasa 170 weeight ko ngayon. Marame nagsasabe sakin na ang taba ko ngayon. Pero pag may nakakausap akong medyo maala sa paggym, ang comment nila maganda na ang katawan ko at kelangan na lang itone. Mula nung 13yrs old ako wala na kong sports o kahit proper exercise manlang. Last year, nagtry na ako maggym kaso nabigla yung katawan ko. As in pinagawa na ata sakin lahat nung nagbabantay sa gym yung mabibigat na exercises. Sobrang sumakit buong katawan ko for 4days at nilagnat din. But now, gusto ko ng baguhin yung lifestyle ko at gusto ko ng magimprove yung katawan ko. Goal ko is di naman yung sobrang laki. Mga tipongmodel type lang. Kahit walang abs basta flat syemore at magandang chest at arms.

Anu po ba ang best diet na pwede nyo issuggest for thw wholeday/wholeweek? Balak ko bumili agad ng Whey Protein. Ok lang kaya un? Any tips nadin po mga papi. Salamat! :)

  • Welcome bro.. good job on your decision to improve your lifestyle and be fit. Sa simula talaga medyo confusing pero you'll get the hang of it. Best advise would be to have a concrete goal and stick with it. Other than that.. read up.. dami ka mtututunan dito.. congrats and good luck..
