im tired of being skinny for my whole life

    @MrBoks tol ano claseng biscuits yan? di mo ba kayang tinapay tlga. as in white bread. ung rice mo per meal gano kadami? ung mga ulam na yan bro, gano kadami?? in terms of kilo or gram? tol mag gueguestimate ako para lumaki ka with proper training ah... guestimate lang to.....

    *more or less 1/2 kilo ng karne (mix of chicken, beef, fish, pork) ikaw na bahala ano luto kung gusto mo puro manok edi go, gusto mo assorted ulam edi go basta ang punto 1/2 kilo HAHA

    *5-7 cups of rice (CUP ha hindi tasa)

    *4-6 EGG (whole eggs kahit ano luto)

    *Unlimited Vegtables (pakbet/chopseuy/diningding kahit ano) pakabusog ka.

    *Merienda: chaka ka kumot kot ng mga peanut butter sa crackers mo kung addict ka sa crackers.

    *inumin mo padin mga kape kape at gatas mo. pero mandatory ung 1st 4 advice

    tol tancha ko 2,8-3k+cals yan. sapul na protein needs mo para lumaki ka, wag ka matakot kumain ng madami. dahil hindi ka lalaki kung hindi ka kakain ng madami.

    dont complicate things. EAT + TRAIN + REST

    P.S. ikaw na bahala sa meal timing mo. basta eat 2 hrs before training, eat 30 mins to 1 hr right after training. ENJOY THE FOOD!!! KAINGGIT KA HAHA

    Gagaguhin kita pag sinabi ko na oo. Una mataas cals ng beer. Pangalawa d mo kelangan. Pangatlo d makakapag recover ng maayos ung katawan mo. Kung occasionally ok lamg un wag lang parang mayat maya siguro

    There is ~20 grams of protein for every 100 grams of raw meat (fish, beef, pork, chicken)

    100 grams of protein na agad yung 1/2 kg ng karne

    Para sa akin, mas maganda i-compute ang protein base sa raw weight ng karne. Raw weight naman kasi pag bumili ka ng karne

    Sa current weight mo ngayon, try eating 120 grams of protein per day


    Napansin ko pala, walang gulay at prutas sa diet mo. Importante yun. You won't progress very far pag walang gulay at prutas

    Payo ko lang, tanggalin mo na yung biscuits at palitan mo ng green / leafy vegetables
