Hello mga ka PBB! Bago lang po ako dito! 5 months na po ako naggym. 5'8 po ako. 75 kg. Paano po ba maging Bench Body? Kailangan ko pa po ba ng mga supplements? Like Amino 2222? or Creatine?

bulk = weight gaining/madaming kain
diet = small meals pero mas maganda maka 4-6x a day kapa din meal kahit small meals at more cardio
