San point ako dapat gumamit ng creatine? PLS HELP.

5'10 170pounds, nagstart ako magbuhat nung januarym and now nabawasan na ako ng 10pounds. Lose FAT and Gain MUSCLE ang goal ko. So far, ok ang results.

Ngayon, gusto ko gumamit ng Creatine.

Mas maganda bang antayin ko muna na mabawasan ng todo ang fats at pumayat tsaka ako mag take ng Creatine?

Or take ko na ngayon? Nag aalangan kasi ko, baka pag tinake ko na ngayon, baka bumilog ako dahil sa water retention.

    wala pa ako masyado nararamdaman effect pafs @yopyopm, since it's only my 3rd week taking creatine. Starting last Friday lang ako nakaramdam na medyo nadadagdagan ung bigat ng binubuhat ko. Wala pako masyado mabigay feedback when it comes to strength kasi hindi pako makabuhat ng sagad due to lower back muscle strain at sumasakit na left wrist. Saka sabi sa mga nababasa ko mga after 1month or more pa daw mararamdaman significant effect non. I'll update after a month kung ano mga naging effect saken

    sorry sir Ghee @Bane, simula nong nag-night shift ako bihira na makabisita dito sa site, dame kasi trabaho sa gabi. Pero active pa din naman pagbubuhat, mejo struggling lang sa diet, hehe. Next year, babalik ulit ako dito sa site, hehe.

    Dymatize Creatine Micronized pafs, then ung Whey ko is Promatrix 7 lang. Pangpuno lang kapag kinapos ng protein from foods.

    @Ecstasy okay lang mag creatine ka kung papabulk ang goal mo but make sure that you are training hard enough para mas makikita mo yung results faster. Get a micronized creatine, any brand will do tanong ka sa mga taga CnC na mga masters dito

    I take Mutant Creakong, 3 blend Creatine. pang 2nd tub ko na 300g / 75 servings per tub. So far ok naman water retention is not big issue hindi siya visible physically. i take it as pre effect sakin more sweat and support my HIIT workout to press more weights.

    Good Day Guys! A brief explanation of What Creatine is. Its a kind of Amino Acid our body naturally producing. about 1gram a day, depending on nutritional intake, It helps the muscles not to quickly get fatigue or in other words mas longer Sets/Reps ang magagawa natin which makes our body more powerful.

    And this is proven Me Myself and I, I took many kinds of Creatine na, Monohydrate EthylEster etc etc. so Far Monohydrate ang nakikita kong pinaka magandang results sa Buhat ko (Dymatize Brand).

    Nagstart ako take ng Creatine Ethyl Ester last June 2014. in just days time I saw the difference, my PRs got Higher.
    I stop taking CEE August 2014, and in 1 week time nagdrop lahat ng buhat ko like 10-20% of PRs.

    Nagstart ako take ng Monohydrate Jauary 2015 but it took me like 2 weeks before nakita yung improvement I stop taking MONO April. but my PRs remained the same for the next 2 months.

    so my hypothesis about this, is that it is not necessary to Stop taking Creatine during Cutting as you also deficit yourself from Calories. so wala ka nang pag kukuhanan ng Energy.

    isa lang naramdaman ko dito nung umiinom ako nito eh. nauuhaw lang ako mag hapon haha. kaya di ko naubos un tumigas nalang at tinapon ko nalang. basta nakakauhaw sya.

    Creatine makes your muscles absorb water, hence not much left for your body so you get thirsty. No such thing as a nonresponder to creatine in my opinion. There are however people who already have creatine in them without supplement, hence no change when they take creatine monohydrate.

    Your body naturally produces creatine, it however does not produce the maximum amount your body can use. In the same way, animals also have creatine in them and when you eat meat you absorb that creatine. People who have a large amount of meat in their diet are already getting enough creatine for their body. Resulting in no difference if they take creatine monohydrate supplementation. This is what most people call non responders.
