Greetings to everybody

I'm new to community and I consider myself to be slightly filled with knowledge when it comes to working out, I used to fully commit myself to gym before I lost my passion to work out.

I would consider myself to be complete amateur but I did went consistent on my 3 months of monthly subscription on a gym. Gained a significant of amount of lbs and strength from those workouts and got a bit buff and after that the 3 months I went lost.

Planning to get back again with full motivation and dedication.
