Best Pre-workout Supplement

Ano sa tingin nyo pinaka effective na pre-workout supplement?

ito sa akin:
BPI Super Pro - 1 hour before workout
BPI 1MR - 15 mins before workout

PROS:
1. x1.5 ang lakas mo
2. hindi ka napapagod

CONS:
1. hindi masarap (pero 6oz lang nmn)
2. you can't sleep if you drink/workout at night
3. sore body the next few days dahil sa workout mong beyond normal

It's more like taking steroids without fast recovery.

    di ko pa nasususbukan pero maganda ang reviews compared to jack3d. ive tried jacked and its fine but the downside for me is i have to take 4 scoops to feel its effect.

    Same tayo sa jack3d. I still have one bottle d naubos. Napabayaan nalang. Ilan ba caffeine sa Jack3d? hindi kasi nkalagay sa likod. They have better reviews than 1MR. Maybe most people have low tolerance in caffeine. 1MR has 300mg per serving. It can make someone's body go crazy if they have low tolerance sa caffeine. :D

    I have tried HEMO RAGE din. Almost as good as 1MR but it's cheaper.
    Lipat cguro ako dito if maubos ko na 1MR ko para maka save.

    1MR - 9/10
    HEMO RAGE - 8/10
    JACK3D - 5/10

    Any suggestion reg PWO na caffeine free? Been running jack3d kasi for 8 weeks na and i have to take 8weeks off from using it...

    Yup nakabili na ako sa supplement hub before ng animal pak. Free delivery lang as long as ur in metro manila. :) try mo rin hanapin sa sulit.com si mike gonzales mas mura xa compared sa supplementhub. Pero mas mura pa rin sa cash and carry hehe.

  • mga sir, tanong lang sana ako if okay ba yung gumamit ng mga commercial energy drink gaya nag cobra, sting, samurai, ion, explode as pre-workout supplement. I drink it 15-30 mins before starting my cardio and strength training. Any suggestions, pre-cautions and advise will be apprciated.
  • kung nararamdaman mo na mas focus ka before ka mag workout, why not db? hindi naman lahat tayo can afford. basahin mo nga lang contents nila. pero ang importante maboost ka kahit papano better than normal. pero ang pinakamaganda nyan kasing presyo lang. "kopiko 3n1" gusto mo uminom ka sa umaga tapos uminom ka pa bago mag workout. =)

    sometimes i take 2 sachets or coffee before working out just to wake me up a little. yes, caffeine lang ang habol mo sa kape if you are to take it as a pwo drink.

    ako nga dati PEPSI MAX pag tinatamad ako magbuhat tapos pagka inom ko instant power and gigil dahil sa SUGAR wahahahaha
  • sugar rush yan sir.... mabilis mag deplete.... ako talaga walang Pre workout supps. hinihintay ko lang ung katawan ko pag pakiramdam ko gigil ako mag workout. kaya iba2 oras ng workout ko araw2. umiinom lng ako ng energy drink pag kulang tulog ko like 3 to 4hrs lang,

    Di ba sugar free ang max? And 0 cal? Correct me if im wrong. Yun pag ka alam ko eh kaya yan o coke light iniinum ko.

    im sorry but i have dis agree to this. may lugar ang mga pre work out supplement para sa mga nag bubuhat o nag eensayo sa gym. im not trying to say na everyone should use them but if you have the extra cash and you are in a situation that you really should use them then why not. i myself have tried using them ( im currently resting from stims and pwo) for a long duration and it gives you something that you dont have naturally when you work out. at oo may sasagot ng sinabi mo na para saan pa at ginawa ang mga pwo because people have used it and its no placebo. its real. im not bashing on your opinion pero when you make it looks like they are useless i think you better try and use one for a change.

    ^^ seriously. i dont buy that crap na you have those things in a pwo supps naturally in your body. have you tried working out with just 3 hours of sleep or on an empty stomach? niloloko mo lang sarili mo kung sinasabi mong natural occurring sa katawan mo ang mga stims and other ingredients ng mga pwo. isa isahin mo sila at tanungin mo sa sarili mo kung pano mo sila makukuha in a day? magkaiba tayo ng katawan pero i bet your human like us that needs some boost when we needed to.
  • kaya nga lifestyle matters. iba iba tayo ng katawan, mood, lifestyle.

    baka di mo nabasa.

    money/time/condition/health- pag na manage mo ng maayos yan, walang magiging poblema. infact di na natin kelangan magtalo talo pa.

    okay, i want to put an end to this discussion about whether you need or not need pwo supps. its not healthy i think. we will just go to circles with our thoughts.

    if you have the spare money to buy one then good, you can try using them. if not then its fine too. theres no problem lifting/training without them just be sure that your on good condition upon doing so. as i have said, me myself dont rely on them too much as it will be like drugs thats hard to get off once you felt the kick. use them wisely if you have them.

    yes sir, pero nakaka spike pa din sila ng insulin sa blood.. kaya nga un gamit ko dati kasi 1 lng calories niya hehehehe
    supplements are just supplements. you can live without them but they can help you also if you use them..
