Gained so much pounds!

magandang tanghali po sainyo at sa mga makakabasa nito. hi, im paul carlsen 22 years of age. nag woworkout na ako before at yung timbang ko is 155lbs tapos nag stop ako mag workout dahil OJT matters and right now natapos ko na sya at napansin ng mga kakilala ko medyo nag bulk ako (nag gain ako ng fats)..

concern ko po ay, pwede ko ba mahingi ang tips nyo para bumalik ako sa 155 lbs (lose fats) okay ba pagsabayin ang workout and running? should i lift heavy weights or light/moderate weights lang? at pinaka importante po ung diet ko please give me some advice and tip. thank you very much!

    I'm not expert bro , yes pwede mo siya pagsabayin jog/run/ before w.o .. try moderate muna kasi since nahinto ka sa lifting . sa diet disiplina take mo yung calories na kailangan mo lang try mo mag macro .

    tracking your foods... the cabs/fats/protein ect. try mo download yung aps na myfitnesspal para matrack mo

    cge salamat ha. minsan hndi ko mapigilan kumain ng kanin sa gabi kaya laki ng ginain kong taba ngayon.

    kadalasan pag dinner after w.o ko un kasi 6-8pm ako (shot ng whey,chicken breast, veggies, potato, oats)
  • You should try running after a heavy work out. I do i for conditioning work, and i can't find the studies now, but I think it burns extra calories too. It is hella hard tho, but it'll rip you to shreds in no time. And yeah, track macros lol

    try mo na lang sa web if hindi mo madownload ung app, myfitnesspal.com. Dati hirap na hirap din ako magbawas ng taba, pero start nong natuto ako magcount ng macro, laking tulong, tapos lift heavy. Normally, after workout din ako nagccardio para makabuhat ng todo.

    Sabi mo tumigil ka maggym dahil sa OJT tapos nanaba ka. That's it! bumalik ka lang sa gym ulit regularly. Start from scratch or pick up where you left off. Di mo kelangan ng fancy training and strategic diet at this point.
