mga master pano malaman ung required protein per day?. tingin ko kse ang bagal ng progress ko kht todo training. ano ba mga dpat ko pang gawin?

  • bro in my simpliest analysis no need for u to overthink how much protein to take if ur a beginner in weight training. Just eat enough quality foods and track progress in training. Dats it. basa basa ka lang din dito sa forum pra marami matutunan and apply it to ur routine. If ur progressing then its good.
