Okay lang ba mag-instant noodles?

good day po. tanong ko lang kung okay lang ba mag-instant noodles kahit paminsan minsan? nagwowork kasi ako at minsan pagkagising, nauubusan talaga ng supply ng pagkain sa bahay at nagmamadali kaya napapanoodles na lang ako. tapos hindi pa rin bukas mga karinderia kaya ayun lang talaga ang source ko. medyo napapaisip kasi ako kung bigla bigla bang masisira ang diet kung kakain ka once or twice a week sa breakfast? salamat po sa makakasagot.

    Bale first meal ko yesterday:
    500g boiled chicken breast fillet
    1.5 cups oatmeal
    Cup noodles na malaki

    Kumakain ako ng cheat meals like leche flan, ube halaya, Eng Bee Tin ube hopia, etc. Pero di na tulad ng dati na lamon para lang ma-increase ang calorie intake

    Kumakain ako ng cheat meals like leche flan, ube halaya, Eng Bee Tin ube hopia, etc. Pero di na tulad ng dati na lamon para lang ma-increase ang calorie intake

    pero ako talaga kung macheat sa donuts gusto ko 1 dozen. I'll eat hangang magsawa ako sa krispy kreme. Ang sarap pa mamili pag dami flavors. after ko magsawa months bibilangin bago ko sya mamiss. kesa yung 1-2pcs tapos everyday mo lalabanan yung urge dahil nabitin ka.

    Hindi naman tayo binabayaran para magtraining, a box of krispy kreme is enough compensation for all the labor. The more work you put in, the more years you devote for improvement, the more you can get away with eating donuts and noodles :yahoo:

    sir v i wonder ano attitude mo sa buffet? i mean, i know na syempre good choices padin more on meat and stuff pero ano nararamdaman mo? excited kaba? unang bugso kuha agad ng favs? pati ba sa dessert ratrat din? curious ako kasi youve been dieting since god knows how long at tlgang usually walang lasa kinakain mo so pano ka sa buffet nag tratransform ka ba to beast mode? :lol

    basta first 3 plates all meat (roast beef, ribs, salmon, churrasco). next 3-5 plates anything goes depende sa panlasa ko. Dessert ko lagi same lang, cheesecake mga 10-15 bite size cuts then putobungbong 2 servings 4pcs each. Suki ako sa mga buffet resto halos every weekend kaya civilized pa din ako kumain at kumuha. hindi ako kumukuha ng hindi ko mauubos. hindi din ako nakikipagunahan hahaha. 2 hours out nako dun.

    base sa experiensa ko ( not a true expert ) na kaka affect yang sodium na yan sa lahat mapa good gains or bad gains hihihi may kanya kanya silang role sa katawan naten. pero di naman naten pede alisin kasi mahalaga rin ang sodium . actually, di talaga sya nakakataba pero nakaka bloat lang ng bonga dahil sa water retention kaya nga nasabi ko kay jatcanar na kung kakain sya nun minsan eh dapat isang malupitang pawisang training ang kasunod hihihi kasi kung hinde, extra bigat mo lang pero hindi talaga yung tipong taba/ fats

    Paborito din pala ni Kane ang ramen. Lagi niya post sa IG pero tadtad ng shredded chicken at itlog. Parang ang sarap nga ng ramen niya lagi eh.
