Barbel only program?

Hi guys, tanong lang ako kung may maisusuggest kayo na barbel only program. Mag start pa lang ulit ako halos 1yr ako natigil.
Ang meron lang ako ay
>barbel,
>weights,
>rack
>at homemade na bench.

Kung meron sana na mga 30mins - 1hr lang mas maganda kasi medyo busy. Gusto ko lang talaga maging fit kasi ang laki na ng tinaba ko.

    Squats, deadlift, Rows, bench.
    I would suggest na maghanap ka ng mga pull up bars.

    Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Based on barbell exercises yun

    Kung home gym, power cage at adjustable bench. Marami kang pwede gawin sa power cage (pull ups, bench press, militray press, etc)

    Based on barbell din ang Wendler 531 training program

    Any training program will be effective as long as it's structured properly

    BUT .... that is assuming your diet is right and your getting enough sleep
