Hi mga ka PBB,need to update this shitty post.
started lifting 2nd year college 2nd sem.started doing strict routines and plan last Nov. 2014.
Future plans are but not limited to:
- to be lean this summer
- bulk after summer
- be alpha.LOL.
pag may mali sa routines ko paturo di ko pa master itong larangan na ito!Thanks!

Thanks sir ittry ko din baguhin sa dl at bp ko,kasi medyo nabobo ako dun sa guide nung rippetoe's,hindi ko masyado nagawa yung 10 rep max na test ng maayos,kaya nagstart ako sa pinaka comfortable weights.Plus, wala akong gym buddy na aalalay sakin haha!
@Ghee naalala ko may kinuha ko na subject dyan sa cfad. Theo hahaha
Kung walang cage, try other alternatives like Db squat, jefferson squat, etc or kung matibay ung dip machine jan dun mo ipatong ung bar basta doble doble ingat lang

I do chin ups for warm up!pero di ko pa nammeasure eh.bukas tignan ko...Nothing fancy today,rest day naman, eh.Pansin ko nagugutom ako between 2-3 pm since last meal ko eh 11 pm.Wala kasing break 1-5.So bumili ako ng 2 loaf of whole wheat bread for 70+ pesos,then tumingin ng peanut butter,ang mahal! yan may snack na ko para kainin in between classes.
Bought half kilo of breast fillet at isang tali pechay for restock.
Those are great upper body mass builders when doing them with added weights
Sadly 8 reps lang po kaya ko sa chin ups.Bale gagawin kong accessory exercise yung dalawa sir?pano sets x reps nun?
Naku sir dami kulang dito kahit ung para dip,lalo na yung squat rack,wala!
Ang gusto ko lang dito eh nasosolo ko yung gym minsan,walang mga passive aggresive people,douchebags,etc...Bopols ko, nalagay ko sa journal Rippetoe's, Allpro's beginner pala tong sinusunod ko haha!
So 7th week Cycle na ko, 2nd Training day:
Main exercises:
Squats Legpress - 4x9 130 lbs
Bench Presses - 4x9 110 lbs
Bent-Over Rows - 4x9 90 lbs
Overhead Barbell Presses 4x9 50 lbs
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts - 4x9 110 lbs
Barbell Curls - 4x9 40 lbs
Calf Raises - 4x9 100 lbs
Accesory work:
Lateral raises - 4x9 40 lbs
dumbbell flyes - 4x9 40 lbs (teka di ko nga alam kung pano ba binibilang bigat dun,kung yung naka-inscribed ba sa dumbell or kung pag-aadd yung dalawang dumbell (20lbs+20lbs)
Need to improve DL and Squats,definitely,di ko lang alam kung pano ko babaguhin sa kalagitnaan ng cycle ko.Also needed to icorporate chinups kasi matagal ko na din gusto idagdag!

Dahil sa thesis,napilitan ako maggym sa labas ng USTe,so yun masaya ako kasi makakakita na ko ng squat rack.
Fast forward to this gym across UST espana side...
Ayos onti tao.Moment ko na to,iwan ko muna squat rack mamaya ka na.
Maya maya hayup di na magkasya tao sa dami.Full of misery.
- Nagdadaldalan mga tao sa may dumbell rack
- isang set nalang ng BP ko pagbalik ko wala na yung bar sa bench
- isang set nalang din sa lateral raises ko,pagbalik ko hawak na nung isa
- walang equipment para sa cable crossovers.
- mag squat sana ako, hala tong isang kumag nag abs ba naman sa may squat rack,anak ng!
- di ako makapag barbell-based exercises..ang sikip!!!
- at kung ano ano pang kalokohan.
worst experience ever.di ko na babalikan yun.:banghead:
P.S: May mga nakapansin na din sa katawan ko,hehe dahil ba to sa pm7??o diet ko??haha So I got that going,which is nice.

pag sinabi niya na yung mga tipong pro bodybuilder, paliwanag mo sa kanya na indi lalaki nang ganun katawan mo ( except na if your into GH ). Ngayon pakita mo yung pic nila derek ramsey, papa piolo, etc, sabihin mo, pano naman to? kung sinabi niyang oo, e di ok!, ngayon, Pag sinabi naman niyang ayaw pa rin niya, rebuttal mo nang " eto ang pinili kong lifestyle, this is what makes me happy, if you really love me, you need to understand chu chu and so on and so forth " :P:P

may mga interns na PT din dun tapos sa kabilang side naman mga occupational therapist. tapos yung mga dadaanan mong floor may mga nursing. sabay mo na yung pag spot ng chicks. haha...
Hindi ba ang sports science eh nasa quadricentennial pavillion na boss?Kasi may nakikita ako mga naka yellow,blue,white streaks na uniform at jogging pants dun sa may gym sa loob ng quad pav. Anyway mukang maganda magpa analyze dun ng bodyfat ah!
@mak016 yan ba yung malapit sa engg? di ko na inabutan yan. nakita ko na yun bldg last year pero di pa nakakapasok sa loob.
@asggelo nice to know na pwede pala gamitin gym dun.
kung alam ko lang haha. dinayo ko pa eclipse nun dati (haba kasi ng break ko nun 9am-3pm :twitcy: lol)
