Can you do 8 reps of chin ups or pull ups ? No kipping ? If not, focus on that first rather than bicep enlargement
As for overall arm size increase, Poweresthetics is right, triceps is 2/3 of your arm. Get strong on tricep exercises. Assuming you're doing a lot of rowing and back exercises, you're already hitting your bicep hard
I don't know the exact scientific explanation but the volume of back exercise should be greater than that of chest exercises. Try a 2:1 ratio
