    sir 4 set 10-12 reps nkkya ko
    pero bt ganun ? tinitignan ko bicep ko. parang wala lng nmn. parang hndi lumalaki ? o bka sadyang taba lng?

    Can you do 8 reps of chin ups or pull ups ? No kipping ? If not, focus on that first rather than bicep enlargement

    As for overall arm size increase, Poweresthetics is right, triceps is 2/3 of your arm. Get strong on tricep exercises. Assuming you're doing a lot of rowing and back exercises, you're already hitting your bicep hard

    I don't know the exact scientific explanation but the volume of back exercise should be greater than that of chest exercises. Try a 2:1 ratio

    why would you ask about steroids when you don't even know about muscle growth

    ung whey roids un dba? dba masama un? (not srs lol)
  • tuluy mo lang yan sir basta focus on form and technique squeeze those targeted muscles pag na master mo na add ka ng weight or if you really want those bicep/triceps to grow bigyan mo ng sariling araw yung arms mo do supersets and giantsets ewan ko lang kung di mo pa ma feel yung arms mo na mamaga hehe!
