ang binabatayan ko ay yung itsura ko sa mirror kung qualified to bulk na

bro kulang pa sa muscle mass...pag nag cut ka kagad nyan, skinny kakalabasan mo...
tuloy mo lang muna pagbubuhat at mas gawing mong intense.

Honest opinion, you are skinny fat, your face and adam's apple is a good indicator on how you are doing, as can be seen in your pic, there is an intelligent way to bulking and its not eating everything in sight. Btw what are your macros and how do you track them?
