MUTANT MASS = MUTANT GAS

just bought my very first mass gainer: MUTANT MASS 15 lbs..


anlaki ng scoop..tax ang isang serving is 4 scoops so i just take 2 scoops before and 2 scoops after WO...

nakakabusog ang 2 scoops promise.....pagkaubois ko nung pangalawang serving ko (2 scoops) eh parang napunoi ng hangin ang tsan ko..utot ako ng utot....aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrr

    normal nga po yta...taz nabasa ko rin na may fiber para ang mutant mass...

    Ahaha! Same experience bro! BTW bro naka ubos ako ng 2 bag ng mutant mass within 2 months nag gain ako ng 8 kilo.. Samahan mo rin bro ng maraming whole foods epektib yan!!
    Yun nga lang meron ding mutant gas ahaha..
    Tapos yung gas na nilalabas mo ang bagsik din prang mutant talaga ahaha! Sa gym nga eh nagrereklamo sila..tanong ng tanog "sino ba un?! Sino ba un?!" Tahimik na lang ako eh sabay bench press... Ahahaha! ;p

    Yeah it's true. Very disturbing ang utot pagnag mutant mass.

  • May nagbebenta ng per serving ng Mutant Mass sa gym namin, kaso French yung labels hehe. So I did a little search and I found out, based on the arrangement in the list of ingredients, that it contains more starch and maltodextrin than whey protein. Not sure if that's a good thing. I guess this product can be used as a weight gainer but not strictly as a protein supplement. Mataas ang glycemic index ng maltodextrin eh, and if that insulin spike thingie is true, then Mutant Mass can be a good post-workout drink. If taken hours after workout, it may lead to unnecessary fat gain.

  • Mass gainers are practically just a protein source with fast sugars anyway, so there's no surprise there. Personally Id rather just eat a legit treat post workout, if i was trying to gain mass, like a reese's cup (ok, too much fat) or any other candy bar. Same thing caloriewise, but a bit more satisfying in my book.
  • Maltodextrin is a carbohydrate that's actually good workout nutrition, I wouldn't take it at other times of the day though. But some mass gainers contain sugars which aren't as good.

    The farts are because the body can't handle that much too soon. Personally, I spend my money on buffets rather than mass gainers.
  • Di na ako bibili ng product na to ever. Di talaga kaya tiyan ko, very frequent trips to the toilet. Haha
  • naka 2 bags ako ng MM , oo nga ma gas, 4scoop a day ako nun , nakaka adik lang yung lasa ang sarap eh, mas malasa MM kesa sa pm7 , at lumaki tyan ko :biggrin: then nung naubos ko yung last , back to pm7 na uli ako , maybe this xmas uli wala pa kasi yung promo bag ng MM ,
  • Nakaka-2 days pa lang ako ng gamit, watery ang jebs ko, haha, ganon ba talaga yon or sa una lang?

  • is there lactose in your whey? are you lactose intolerant?

  • I never really liked Mutant Mass, gave me stomach upsets and gas. Most mass gainers have lactose, I've used only 5-6 servings and I sold the remaining bag. Never again.

    try the new elite labs mass gainer...hindi xa hard sa stomach......mura din xa...

    Yeah, maybe sir next time i'll do a more research before buying supplements. Maybe next time, i'll try using whey, particularly ON Whey which has a lesser lactose.

  • yah..you can't go wring with ON Gold Standard Whey...ung saking bneblend q pa with a banana tsaka soya eh...hehe
