NEED HELP, cant feel my lats

hindi ko po ma-feel mga ltas ko pag nagla-lat pull down ako or kahit nagro-row ako..sa tingin ko nman po eh tama naman form ko...naka-arch ang back taz labas ang chest..ano po kaya ang ginagawa kong mali??may tips po ba kau para sakin?

    It could be either too much weight or too much arm involvement.

    60 lbs po pag bb rows taz nakaka-12 reps po ko (3 sets)..after each set po eh may na-sesense ako sa lower back ko..ung sensation po eh parang katulad sa nararamdaman sa abs pagkatapos ng set ng sit ups...

    try mo rin i-full ROM ung sa BB rows at lat pull down

    try a 2-second hold during concentric (positive) ng lift, maybe under tension yung pag buhat mo or in short masyadong mabilis :) and try a wider grip para less arm involvement

    mahirap mafeel ang muscles sa back pag wala pang masyado mass. Same with chest, wala yung "squeeze" and pumped feeling pag flat pa yung muscle. I also had the same experience before sa back ko, i just kept hammering my back every WO kahit hindi ko sya mafeel and to my surprise nagbunga pagpupursige ko. As long as you know na tama form mo and you train your back properly the results will come :)

    have you tried doing pull ups bro? kahit 3 set mga 3 - 5 reps, ok lang,
    try a wider grip para less arm involvement

    but make sure na yung weight eh yung makaka 10 - 12 reps ka bro ah.. di magaan / di mabigat ..

    thanks po sa mga reply nyo..sinubukan ko po mga payo nyo...........and mejo im getting the hang of it na...pero kailangan ko pang mag pull ups before any other back exercises.. which is sobrang hirap...nakaka 2 lang ako per set :( ....hehe...pero ill keep trying hanggang makadami...

    i think correct nman po talaga form ko kaya ill just keep working it katulad ng sabi nyo ser badass_vinch...thank po ulit
