Personally speaking, ginagaya ko yung Dorian Yates program, which was introduced to me by one of our moderators ser monching. If you're into strength gains, you might want to give this a try, I've been doing this for almost 2 weeks, and I can tell that I've gained significant amount of strength in a short span of time. What I suggest is, read about it, ask questions about it and try it. That program worked for me and others, hoepfully it'll work for you
Hindi pa ako ngsstart sa program na yan sir, for the past 5 weeks, I did a Deload based Starting Strength Program, 3x a week, merong Heavy, Medium Light day, and may linear progression, all compounds exercises, squats, presses etc. Kaya looking for advices pa lang ako, kasi mg sttart ako ng bagong routine
