gandang araw mga kapataid..new to this site...ayos to mag sstart palang din ako mgwork-out ulit..tumigil kasi ako ng 2mos..pero 2mos palang din nmn ako nkapag work-out nun..pero now mukhang maiingganyo pa ako lalo kasi nkita ko tong site nato...ayos to! mukhang maraming akong tips n makukuha sa mga matagal na nagwoworkout...ayos!

actually my program nko and nagwork din yung program ko, nagdrop down ako ng 15kgs..dati kasi 95-98kgs ako now nasa 80-83 kgs nlng ako..pero try ko yung program mo..target ko kasi now nasa 75-78kgs lang..hind nko bumaba ng 80kgs eh..hnd ko alam kung bakit...cguro kasi kumakain na ako ulit ng rice..before kasi d nako nag rice eh..chicken meat, eggs, fish, fruits, vegetables, tokwa. eto lng yung mga kinakain ko. thanks...!!!

as of now sir, back to zero ako coz nagstop ako magworkout for 2mos na.. pero routine ko dati is : 1st 2weeks ko whole body exercise program w/ cardio (mon-sat, sunday rest). then after 2nd week eto na:
monday-chest,triceps, abs,cardio(bicycle-10-20min)
tuesday-back;biceps,abs,cardio(10-20min)
wed- rest work-out/badminton
thursday- shoulder, legs, cardio(bicycle-10-20min)
friday- supersets or chest,triceps, abs,cardio(bicycle-10-20min)
saturday-supersets or basketball
sunday- rest work-out/ badminton or basketball
eto yung meal ko:
breakfast: boil eggs 2whole , 1 eggwhite lang :soya milk
lunch: tokwa: century tuna: fish: tuna sandwich : fruits and vegetables: fitnright
dinner: tokwa:tuna: bread: tea : (yung tokwa nabasa ko kasi pwde alternate sa rice)
No rice diet ako..paikot ikot lang ang kinakain ko. Kumakain din ako ng healthy plates sa Kenny Rogers cguro 2-3 times a week lunch/dinner and no soft drinks and minsan lng ako umiinom ng malamig n tubig. And now is another challenge for me, my target is 75-78kgs, burn my belly fats, and have a shoulder like dwight howard...hehehe... thanks guys! c yah later..
What exercises do you do let's say:
Chest/tri's ka?
Back/biceps ka?
Sa meal mo ok naman, pero I suggest cutting out the soya(di masyado maganda ang effect sa mga bodybuilders and the bread(kung white kasi parang white rice rin un).
Pwede mong source ng carbs:
Oatmeal (wag instant ung kinu-cook)
Brown rice
Veggies
Kamote
Protein naman:
eggs
chicken breast part no skin
Lean beef
Fish
at dapat may fruits and veggies ka para balanced talaga.
Try to monitor your progress either by a journal or by taking pictures of yourself.

This is the reason of my joining this forum to get the information as much as possible to build my muscles rapidly.
