    Sa Rosario Cavite po ako.. Peor Sa GG Intercon ako nagbubuhat.
    until now di ko pa din alam gagawin ko hehehe kasi 3x a week ako nagbubuhat.

    2 months na

    Routine: 7 reps 4 sets 35lbsx2 (dumbbell)
    Flat Bench Press
    Incline Bench Press
    Decline Bench Press

    8x4
    DeadLift 140 Lbs
    wide grip cable pulldown 90lbs
    back extension

    Squat 120 lbs 5x4
    Lunges 8x3

    seated military press 5x3 ss to bicep curls hammer
    1 tricep back ext 5x3

    workout 1.5Hrs
    pag mag gana pa burpee 8x3 or elliptical for 20 minutesThanks sa pag welcome!

    @kehoe hanapin mo yung thread na Personal Journals. Gawa ka dun ng parang diary mo. Mas masasagot mga tanong mo dun :)

    Dun ka mag lalagay ng mga lifting stats or mga routine mu sa pag bubuhat sir pwd kdn mag post ng pics para matulungan ka
