lack of protein, no gains or just slow gains?

I have my whey protein, eggs and chicken breasts as my sources of protein. ang problema po is dahil sa sobrang gipit sa budget pero ayoko magstop sa pag-lift, tinitipid ko sila para magkasya sa pang araw-araw na konsumo. I am only taking my protein shake after workout and yung chicken breasts hinahati hati ko the whole day.

I think kulang ako ng 30-40g of my required daily protein.
will i stop gaining or just slow down the progress?

    Sir, paano nyo po alam na kulang kayo ng 30-40g protein? How long have you been on that routine (whey, egg, chicken) and how long have you been training? What was your weight prior the routine and your current weight?

    galing po sir sa mga nutrition plan online. dun ako nagbased ng grams of nutrition ko (protein, calories etc.). Been doing this routine po mga 2 weeks na.

    Weight prior = 145.2 lbs
    weight now = 144.1

    anu sa tingin niyo sir?

    Do you strictly count your macros? How many serving of protein shake are you taking post-workout? How many eggs per day and g/serving of chicken breast?

    Considering you are only taking...
    a serving of whey, 23g
    3 whole eggs (poached, ftw), 15g
    chicken breast fillet, 100g, 30g

    ... that's about 68g protein/day, and at least you have to double the serving on a daily basis.

    Doesn't seem sustainable for me. Also, magastos talaga ang bodybuilding, IMO. And so to answer your question, sa tingin ko meron paring muscle gain but minimal and will eventually stagnate at certain point if you want to stay on that plan.

    naghahanap nako ng paraan para magkaroon ng additional budget for bodybuilding.
    pero sa ngayon stay muna sa ganito. anyway SLOW PROGRESS is still a PROGRESS right. tiis tiis lang muna.
  • dagdagan mo nlng ng itlog pa paps mura nmn un, or century tuna pag wala ka din time mag luto, chaka paps naka bili kanga ng whey, sure ako me bujet kapa sa solid foods heheh! :P
  • IMO no need to super emphasize consuming more protein. Just eat enough and you dont have to worry. Focus on proper training and track progress. Your gauge is strength increase. Eventually it will yield increase muscle mass.

    Kumain ka muna ng kanin bulk ka pa naman saka kana mag lean diet pag aesthetic kana.
