I've actually puked after workout, nung madami akong nakain two hours before at nung masyado akong uminom ng tubig while working out

    Hindi naman nya first time, pero hindi din regular sya magwork out, actually kakatanggal lang nya sa work nun, last day nya nun and siguro to let some steam off nag gym sya.     Personally keep on lifting, lalo na wala ka namang history, exercise is important I think you just should know your body , you should slow down when your body wants you to slow down specially when lifting heavy weights, and if you're a relative beginner, mahirap pigilan ung sarili mo kasi sobrang enthusiastic ka, pero mas mahirap pag mainjured ka, mas lalo kang hindi makapagtrain. and remember muscles are developing while you are resting not while lifting, and of course good nutrition, your body is mostly made in the kitchen not in the gym :)
