Hi Guys looking forward to help me out :D more tips and guides for my diet thanks :D
i am 134 lbs ngaun need ko pa ba mag threadmill araw araw sa bawat workout ko kasi may cardio ako 30mins kasi may mataba pa fats ko sa lower belly

Still my fats padn sa lower belly ko upload ko when i got home please help? since i started to workout nag stop nako mag coke junk foods then puro protein carbs nlng knakain ko which is na mmeasure ko naman help po para mapaliit pa tyan ko?

    welcome sa pbb brod! reagrding sa training routine mo, mostly payo ng mga master eh 2 days training then rest then 2 days training ulit then rest. bakit sayo straight 4 days? di kaba nahihirapan dun? anyway, kung effective naman sayo, why not. lalot kung ang nutrition mo naman eh on check palagi at ang tulog ay 7-8 hours. :)

    well, pwede naman talaga every day gaya ng mga #takesnodayoff crew naten dito sa pbb. kaso ang tanong, ok ba ang nutrition mo? ang tulog mo? pag lahat yun ok pwede ka nga sumali sa crew nila pero kung ang sagot mo eh medyo o hinde, pag isipan mo ung suggestion ko. sa huli ikaw pa rin masusunod kasi katawan mo yan :)

    Hi sir emman haha susundin ko po payo niyo 2days rest na with cardio 30mins and abs po yun para hindi din hassle hehe mahirap din kasi course ko medyo buse Civil Eng. Student sir my tanung ako 1st time ko po kasi gagamit ng whey brand is Pro Matrix 7 ito po pinili ko kasi gsto ko sya inumin sa umaga at after workout or before bedtime at mura kasi sya at nabasa ko na effective sa ibang members natin dito may maipapayo po ba kayo na maganda gawin or ihalo sa PM7? salamat po

    ay pasensya sir nag basa kayo ako yung post about sa macro at sa calorie intake nag calculate ako ng intake ko 2600+ need na calorie ko per day :( grabi ka taas

    dito na lang natin ituloy to, anong goal mo ba? cut or bulk? kung mag cucut ko, IMO, walang matitira sayo, kung magbubulk ka , expect that aside from maskels, may makukuha ka ring fats, eto for referrence :

    ang bait mu naman sir tinulungan nyu pa ako kaya ko kaya yung fit and ripped sir or fit and built? ayaw ko kasi ng malaki katawan my way ba na magawa ko yan? pinayagan kasi ako mag gym ng GF at ng mama ko if papayat lang tapus saktong nag bubuhat pero baka pag nag bulk pahintuin nila ako any other suggestion sir?:banghead::banghead:

    also., if I may ask, ilang taon ka na? with all due respect bro, kung ibabased mo yung katawan mo sa kung anong gusto nang mama mo at GF mo ( which is magpapayat), tumakbo ka na lang nang tumakbo, papayat ka dun panigurado, ( 5x a week 30 minutes to 1 hours, LISS). ngayon, kung ang bulk para sayo eh yung bodybuilder type / strong fat, wag kang mag alala, di ka magiging ganyan, hindi ganun kadali yun.

    yes. by proper nutrition and routine. Matagal sya kung sa matagal pero possible. tingnan mo si sir vinch, 12 years na syang nagbubuhat. I can say that he already achieved the fit & ripped and fit & built bods. gaya nga nang sabi ni @Emman1986 , "Bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint ," . For me, lifestyle tong bodybuilding, Isa syang lifestyle na pag lalaanan mo nang oras, nang pera, nang panahon. Kaya nga medyo napakamot ako sa sinabi mong "sabi ni gf /sabi ni mama" . No offense pero kung seryoso ka talaga sa bodybuilding. walang kinalaman yung gusto ng gf mo and mama mo sa gusto mong ma a chieve.

    your right sir payat na ako now eh pero i didnt stop working at the gym to be honest ilang beses na ako pinahinto pero lagi ko snasabi "pera ko naman ma at nakasanayan ko na" minsan snsasabi ko pa hindi na ako inaatake ng UTI ko pero totoo simula nag gym ako naglakas talaga resistensya ko sir salamat po alam ko po hindi kagad ako lalaki kagaya sa pic my nkita pa nga akong qoute about kay arnold na snsabi

    Picture of my back but still kht mukhang payat ako jan my fats pdn ako sa lowerbelly ko since nag start ako mag workout nag stop nako sa coke,chocolates,junk foods, and i think my proper diet ndn ako, high protein tapus my carbs dn and fibers, pero pansin ko lumiit ndn sya pero i want parang slim tignan? can you advise po?

    Masyado ka natatakot kumain. bata ka pa lang eh, kain lang at buhat, abusuhin mo newbie gainz meaning you'll gain lean muscle faster at your age.. kaya kumain ka lang, mag train ka lang ng maigi..

    Kung ganyan ka taas workout days mo, taasan mo rin paglamon para hindi ka naka deficit.

    matangkad ka sakin ng 1 inch eh, pero mas maliit ako dati sayo 129lbs hehe.. pero ngayon nasa 140lbs na ko.

    ok lang yung fats kung bulking ka, kasama sa gainz yun, don't fret about it. you can try incorporating cardio ( once / twice a week, though I don't do cardio.) to minimize fat gain. IMO, there's a room for everything. kung bulking mode, bulk lang nang bulk. if nakuha mo na desired weight mo, then go on and cut.

    sir @rtravino29 5'5 po height ko right now im 61kg or 135lbs

    dko po kasi matantya if ilan ba saktong bigat para sa mga 5'5 height yung kita muscles at my abs kht 4packs lang gsto ko po kasi tlga lagi po ako nag aab workout different variations differ every day.. nkikita ko ndn po yung 2packs.. need advice on a workout for abs or diet..

    Kung babasahin kong maiigi, you don't care whether you get big / skinny. parang gusto mo lang makita ang abs mo.([size=small] assume ko lang ha[/size]) If so, then I suggest that you lower down your calorie intake, lower your carbs intake, focus on protien, incorporate CARDIO on your work out. yun lang.

    I don't have a definite answer on this one due weight loss ginawa ko nung yobab ako ( not fat loss ). Best chance would be to do the ff ( don't quote me on this btw, nabasa ko lang to sa net, hindi sa personal experience :P ) :
    cardio
    intensity of training ( instead of 1 min rest, try 30 sec rest , instead of 5 - 8 reps, try changing it to 10 - 12 reps, )
    change your macro ( lower your carbs to deplete glycogen and para yung fat na yung magagamit nang katawan mo as fuel / energy - hence, parang cut na yung ginawa mo,be cautious about this though, try mo gawin to for 4 - 8 weeks lang, yun lang, wag matagalan, justin beiber labas mo nang wala sa oras nyan. )
    abs exercise ( case to case basis, if I'm not mistaken, this works well with skinny fat)

    just to make myself clear bro, there's no such thing as spot reduction ha, I mean yung mawawala lang sayo eh yung fats sa belly mo ( except kung mag papa belo ka ). Those above suggestion is a fat loss for the WHOLE BODY not in your belly only.

    Opo sir i know na when i do must cardio hindi lang fat sa belly also yung ibang muscles dn kasi nbuburn ayon sa nabasa ko hehe

    Remember abs are made in the kitchen. Kahit malupet na malupet ang training mo, kung sabog naman nutrition mo, minimal to wala ang result nyan :)

    ok yung healthy choices mo pero alamin mo na rin kung paano kumain ng tama at mga calories calories na yan. Isa sa tips ko sayo eh magbasa ka ng mga journal dito from start to finish or mga thread ng nutritional dito. dun malalaman mo ano kelangan mo :)

    but srsly, di ganun kadali magpalaki nang katawan, pagkakagastusan mo talaga yung pagkain mo at supplement mo, tapos kailangan mo pang pag aralan nutrition mo, pahirap diba? lol! since bata ka pa naman as well as student ka pa( plus the fact na 8 months + ka pa lang nag bubuhat ) , trial and error ka na lang muna, ( quote galing kay sir vinch ) meaning, try to experiment on diff. foods / training na pwede sayo, kase may tinatawag tayong newbie gainz, I would suggest to make the most of it.
