Newbie

In January 2013, I was at 205 lbs. Been lifting for past one year now. Started with Starting Strength and then Badass (de Franco). I am now currently doing 5/3/1.

I am now at 170 lbs, and still with a lot of flabs, especially in the midsection.

Current stats:

Military Press: 105 lbs
Bench Press: 130 lbs
Squat: 215 lbs
Deadlift: 235 lbs
