Muscle Grouping || Workout Split / Schedule || Exercises

Good day mga ka PBB!

Bago lang po ako sa Body Building. All my life ay payat po ako. 31 years old na po ako. I'm 5'8" tall and I weigh 125 lbs. Ang primary goal ko po is to " [/b]Gain Weight[/b] " and after is to " [/b]Build Muscles[/b] ".

Mga Master, tanong lang po ako kung ano ang magandang " Training Schedule, Exercises and What muscle groups are best to workout together "? Kung baga program.

Example:

WO - WO - REST - WO - WO - REST - REST
WO - WO - WO - REST - WO - WO - WO

• para maka rest, recover and grow ang mga muscles properly.

1st Day
Biceps, Triceps, Chest

2nd Day
Shoulders, Back, Legs

• hindi magamit ang ibang body part while working on a certain body part.

How many Exercises?
How many Sets / Exercise?
How Many Repetitions / Set?

• to get the right amount of training.



Meron naman po program sa GYM kung saan ako nag wo-workout. Gusto ko lang po makakuha nang personal inputs galing sa ibang tao. Wala pa kasi akong kakilala doon. Nahihiya ako magtanong. Alam ko rin po na maraming mahahagilap sa internet about dito. Gusto ko lang po makakuha ng feedbacks about sa angkop na program para sa akin.

Sorry po kung meron nang ganitong thread dito. Nag search2x ako pero wala kasi akong nahanap.

    Since, bago ka palang overall, might want to start on learning the proper on the compounds. In which case, dapat ay...

    Mas mauuna yung large muscle groups before the smaller muscle groups. Para hindi ka maubusan ng lakas sa mas malaking lifts, since bilang baguhan dapat mas iprioritize mo munang pagaralan yung mga basic compound exercises. Although pwede din naman yung sequence ng bodypart ng ganyan dahil kung una naman nasa una ng workout day mo, yun yung prina-prioritize mo for that certain workout day. Same as frequency of bodypart, kung ano yung mas frequent mong ginagawa per week/duration in time yun yung prina-prioritize mo...

    Well, depende 'yan sa'yo kung anong fit sa schedule mo on your lifestyle, kung magcoconflict ba 'to sa trabaho o business mo. Isa pa, nagvavary ang recuperation ng tao sa bawat isa. It's just a matter of personal preference, IMO.

    The question "How many exercise?" would depend on the question "How many sets per muscle/body group?" and "What are the available equipments on your local gym?" [size=x-small](But ultimately, it will likely falls on the first question.)[/size]

    Nagstart ako full body agad. 2 workouts per major muscle group :)
