Advice po on workout routines

3 months na po akong nag bubuhat kaso parang ngayon feel ko nag adapt na ung body ko sa routine na ginagawa ko kaya parang wala nang pagbabago. First 2 months ang bilis ng changes then ayun parang slow na ung progress nya.

Usual na routine ko po is ung 3set 12 reps then ung basic workouts po yung gnagawa ko. Eto yung lagi kong routine per day:

Chest/Biceps
Shoulders/Triceps
Back/Legs

Chinachallenge ko sarli ko like gradually increasing the weights naman kaso para talagang nag adapt na ung body ko. Then i find this forum kanina i read the archive for workouts kaso medyo nalilito ako kasi di ako maka pili ng babagay sakin na program. Kaya sana po matulungan nyo ko =)

Para po mas makapagadvice po kayo eto na po ung body ko

Additional info: ok namn po ung lifestyle ko. Moderate diet lang tsaka 8-10hrs of sleep. Sana po matulungan nyoko :D

    sir ung parang i shashape mo ung body mo muna bago mo ibulk. Meron kasi samin grabe bulky nya pero parang out of shape. sensya na bago kasi sa terminologies eh XD
