I'm Than 27yo from tarlac. But I need to stay Caloocan C3 A. Manbini for 2-3months for Review. Location of my Review Center is Ermita Center.

Naghahanap kung saan pede mag workout as Caloocan Area. And Saan pede bumili ng Supplement na Legit/Original.

Taking my Medicine, all for my Nerves.

Neurotain. Vitamin B complex. And sometimes Medrol (cortico steroids) with Mucosta. It helps my Nerves.

  • Salamat bro. Basa basa lang muna ako sa mga thread lalo na sa mga workout routine. And try ko muna hanap kung san ako pde magworkout. Hirap kasi humanap kapag hindi pa alam yung lugar. Pag naka hanap na dun ko na lang convince mrs ko mag supplements.

    Supplement Mutant Whey 5lbs taking it for 1scoop post workout then 1scoop before bedtime. feeling ko lagi Mainit sa katawan. side effect ba yun or?

    looking for Fish Oil. anyone can suggest Brand/Price and Pcs.

    well, asahan nateng may fats pa rin yan at syempre water weight. pero ganun talaga bro, darating din time kung consistent ka, magiging ripped ka rin :)

    consistent pa naman ngaun bro. pero off ako nung Tuesday until Monday. need ko ng ayusin and recalibrate yung program and katawan ko haha.

    73.3kg bro nung last 2 days sa Mercury and Height ko dun is 5'10.3 daw.

    kase kung 63 kg ka sa 5 11 na height, eh parang underweight ka ? hehe!

    so 73.3 kg in 5'10?
    so that 163lbs. in 5'10? mag kaseng bigat lang tayo, nag lalaro sa 160 - 165 lbs timbang ko,hehe!
  • @rtravino29 nasa normal na ako bro. kasi 69kg to 80kg daw sa height ko ee. alam ko talaga 5'11 ako tapos tumimbang lang ako now. sabi nila nag improve naman daw ako sa 1month. mrs ko lang hindi nagsasabi kasi ayaw nya ko mag supplement haha.
