Newby po ako Magtatanong lang kasi Ectomorph type katawan ko gusto ko magpalaki ng katawan anu dapat yung supplement na dapat isabay ko, andami ko kasi nababasa dito iba iba may Whey, Weight Gain, Super Mass (?) etc. Hindi ko alam kung anu pinagkaiba iba niyan at anu babagay para makalaman ako :c ayun sana magreply....

    advise lang brah, EAT BIG, LIFT BIG. pero kung gusto mo talagang mag supplement, I would advise whey protien, creatine and multivitamins.

    Iisa lang yan, commonly term niya is mass gainer,
    from the word itself, MASS GAINER. pandagdag nang timbang, pinag halo halong carbs, protien, fat etc.

    para magabayan sya sa tamang landas brah,from the looks of it, parang first timer, ( no offense meant) hehe!
    anu anung mga tinatanong kase, para maiwasan gumawa nang panibagong thread. Much better kung sa journal na lang niya. :)

    ganito sa tanong mo weight gainer syempre ung mga mass kalimitan ang dulo ng name hhe like true mass, cell mass, derious mass etc :)

    pero mas makakainanam kung habang tinitira mo ung gainer eh kumakain ka din ng bongang bonga :) lao na yung mga karne at sandamkmak na kanin :)

    btw, ang seksi mo naman hehehe wag kang papakita sa mga arabo nang ganyan kasi ganyan mga trip nila hahah jk

    sa arabo takot din sila pag may katawan yung tao tska di naman ako mag sususot ng ganyang ka seksing boxers kasi maputi rin hita ko at sa mga intsik naman, puro chansing lang mga un masaya na hehe

    Sir @Aztech, bakit di mo muna i-try yung "maraming maraming kain at tamang tulog"? Kesa gumastos ka na agad sa supplement to gain weight. Kase kung ginagawa mo nang kumain ng napakarami (sa tingin mo) at wala paring changes sa weight, eh I think your "napakarami" isn't enough to support your goal. Unless nagmamadali ka mag gain at marami namang kayamanan si ermats. Hehehe :P

    to help you save lots of money as you start your endeavor with bodybuilding i'd advise like the guys said you have to teach your self to eat a lot! when we say a lot we mean it! carbs, protein, and your essential fats with minerals. supplements are always good but if you can grow with minimal intake of these supps then youll be saving bucks of money specially at your age! remember mahabang journey ang bodybuilding kaya i save mo yung iba para sa ibang araw!
