wala akong idea kung tama ung routine ko please help

i work out everyday, no rest for a week now, im doing mixed light and heavy lifting on alternate days, on heavy my sets are 6x3 on light i do 12x3... my nutrition involves high protrien, medium to low carb, medium to low fat, will it be enough for weight loss? and matatawag po ba ung "Over training" since same muscle goups ung ginagamit ko mostly chest shoulders traps biceps triceps shoulders and i do squats too for my lower body... please help

    tingin ko sir, need mo gumawa ng journal , parang hindi lang limited sa fatloss yung inquiry ... then post mo din dun yung complete program mo sir since may question ka din about sa muscles na nagagamit mo na I suppose pertains to compound exercises na ginagawa mo plus yung meal plan. Surely may mga masters na magrerespond sa tanong mo dun .

    Plus backread ka din sa mga threads dito sa fat loss kung may iba ka pa question since nasagot na din yung question mo sa taas ^ . No offense, just happened to be able to find the answers thru backreading :) . Welcome sa PBB

    Bro wag ka mag train ng muscle group twice in a row, rest is sacred in muscle building. Mag split ka, for example, back/biceps ngayon, bukas chest/triceps, tapos rest, tapos abs/legs.

    In weight loss, caloric deficit talaga pinaka-foundation nito, kung di mo babawasan ang daily intake mo di ka talaga magbabawas ng timbang. Try HIIT cardio during NON training days. At wag kang matakot sa carbs during training day, kailangan mo ito.
