Should I change my workout program?

I've been lifting for more than a year now. Nung nagsisimula ako isa lang ang program ko for I think mga 11 months? But I find great gains! Pero tumigil din ako lumaki. And then I read an article sa isang bodybuilding website na one of the reason kaya tumitigil ang pag gain ng muscle is 'doing the same workout/exercise'. Siguro ayun yung dahilan kaya tumigil ang paglaki ko. (program konoon split training one bodypart per week)

So I decided to change my workout program nung January 2, 2014.. and until now ito pa din ang sinusunod ko.

RAMPED* (5 sets)
Set 1 - 60% x 5 reps
Set 2 - 80% x 5 reps
Sets 3-5 - 100% (working weight) x 5 reps

RAMPED* (3 sets)
Set 1 - 60% x 5 reps
Set 2 - 80% x 5 reps
Sets 3 - 100% (working weight) x 5 reps

My Sched.:
Monday - Workout C
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Workout A
Friday - Cardio
Saturday - Workout B
Sunday - Cardio

It's been a month now, my question is do I need to change my workout program again? Btw, my goal is to cut body fats. Tapos na ang bulking. Summer na!!! hahaha

If I need to change my workout program ano po ba ang maisa-suggest ninyo? Para makamit ko ang summer body!!! Kahit 'beach abs' lang. hehe

Ab Whell Rollout: 15-30 reps.
3 exercise (3 sets each). (full ab and obliques)

Plank:
1set = 1 min. each side x3 sets

    if hindi ka satisfied sa results ng program mo ikaw lang makakapagdecide kung babaguhin mo ulit.

    Ooops sorry. Nakalimutan ko po ilagay.. Yung Ab Wheel Rollout po is my ab workout. 3sets lagi 15-30 reps. 3 exercise. basta full ab and obliques workout.
