Noob

Hi bago lang po ako dito, Im mike, just want to learn more about body building.
54 kilograms ngaun ung weight ko.

Ang target ko is to maintain weight but to have more cuts. Im not sure if that made sense.

going 5 months na ako nag woworkout, pero parang medyo mabagal ung improvement ko, although lumiit ung tyan ko and I lost 3 kilos since nagstart ako.

I work full shift at night and I got 2 kids, Medyo marami talaga akong ginawa after work so I guess problema ko ang magkaroon ng complete rest.

I go to gym 3 times a week then ung mga usual workout lang ginagawa ko, like, bench/dumbell press, shoulder press, lat excercises and usually 2 hours tinatagal.

any suggestions po on how I can get more cuts.

    Brah, you seems like you look like you don't lift at all. Same tayo ng height pero different weight. You might want to beef up first for you to have muscle gainz!!

  • Thanks sir Jettie, oo nga nasa around 65 kilos ka when I computed, pumayat talaga ako nung nagstart ako magbuhat..
    Anyway I'll create a journal when I get home mamaya. Limited lang talaga ung access ko dito sa office.sir jettie I saw your pic. Ganyan ung gusto kong ma-achieve, sige post ako ng journal. Do you take supps? How about your diet program?
